Police officers throwing street soccer nights to keep kids from getting into trouble on the streets. Not a bad idea at all. I really like how they go out of their way to make it a fun event for the kids.
I have many different visions for Pitch Black, and as you have seen in the previous concept art it could potentially be a facility that would be open to the public during the day/night. Whether it be for a small fee or free for everyone, Pitch Black would be a great spot for young players to spend their time. If I could convince just a few kids to spend their nights playing soccer instead of getting involved with drugs or crime, I would call Pitch Black a major success.
